Don Kerrigan joined The Bountiful Company as President, North America in July 2018. In this role, he leads the Company’s Marketing, Sales, and E-Commerce strategies across key markets and channels, generating transformational brand growth for the North American business.
Don is a CPG industry veteran with more than 25 years in leadership roles throughout Sales, Marketing, and Management. He is a decisive executive with deep cross-functional experience that has contributed to his record of consistently and successfully delivering results. Don has extensive experience building brands and driving business growth across the global consumer health marketplace.
He joined The Bountiful Company from Bayer Consumer Health, where he was SVP, Chief Customer Officer for U.S. Sales. At Bayer, Don led the effective transformation of the U.S. Sales organization over a two year period, including the creation of a fully integrated E-Commerce team. Prior to Bayer, Don held several leadership roles at Pfizer Consumer Health (formerly Wyeth) where he spent 16 years driving growth and successfully commercializing and launching many of the Company’s well-known consumer brands, including the switch of Nexium from prescription to over the counter.
He currently serves on the Board of Director’s for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) and sits on the organization’s executive committee. Don earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri and his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University.
