Paul Sturman joined The Bountiful Company as President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2017. He is also a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
A proven, entrepreneurial and global executive, Paul brings to The Bountiful Company 30+ years of success in delivering exceptional results in consumer-driven businesses. He is a decisive and authentic leader and change agent with a history of turning businesses around, creating and sustaining conditions for meaningful innovation, and transforming organizations organically and/or through M&A integration.
Prior to joining The Bountiful Company, Paul spent six years successfully turning around Pfizer’s $3+ billion Consumer Healthcare business as its Global President following its acquisition of Wyeth. Before that, he served as President, North America for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Care. Paul began his career with Warner-Lambert.
Paul is on the Board of Directors of Tyme Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company and was a Trustee of the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, one of “America’s Top 50 Hospitals.” He is a member of the Advisory Board for Bucknell University’s Freeman College of Management, his alma mater, and on the Advisory Board for Johns Hopkins’ Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master of Business Administration from Bucknell University.
